Carter’s Winery Store Policies

Age Restriction

By placing an order with Carter’s Winery, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age. A valid government-issued ID will be required upon delivery.


Shipping Policy

  • Shipping Availability: We currently ship to select U.S. states where direct-to-consumer wine shipments are permitted by law. If we cannot ship to your state, you will be notified at checkout.
  • Shipping Time: Orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Pre-orders will ship on or after the announced release date.
  • Delivery: Adult signature (21+) is required upon delivery. Carriers will not leave wine shipments unattended.

Pre-Orders

Pre-orders are charged at checkout and ship on the official release date (e.g., June 30th). If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, they may be shipped separately.


Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on wine. However, if your order is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for resolution.


Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your wine arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us at info@carterswinery.com with your order number and a photo (if applicable). We’ll make it right.


Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not already shipped. Pre-orders may be canceled anytime before the ship date.
